Welcome to Companion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Companion application, services, and website (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Entities Projects ("we," "us," or "our"). By applying for, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Companion Beta Program

The Service is currently offered as a free, invitation-only Beta Program. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service is provided for testing and evaluation purposes.
  • The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • The features and functionality of the Service may change without notice, and we may add, modify, or remove features at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to grant, deny, or revoke access to the Beta Program to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all the text, images, data, and other information you create or input into the Service ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. We will not use your User Content for any other purpose without your explicit permission.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Using the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Uploading or transmitting any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Our Intellectual Property

Aside from your User Content, all elements of the Service, including but not limited to the Companion name, logo, the "Genesys Engine" architecture, software, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Entities Projects and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTITIES PROJECTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICE; OR (C) THE DELETION OF, OR THE FAILURE TO STORE, ANY OF YOUR USER CONTENT.

6. Termination

You can stop using our Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
